When you confirm your booking
with T.E.M. Dial-a-Disco, you will be asked to pay
a deposit, normally between £10.00 and £30.00.
This means that your booking has been confirmed but
it also serves as confirmation with our insurers,
thereby covering ourselves in the event of a cancellation
by you, and covering you should any of the services
arranged by T.E.M not arrive, or spoil your special
day.
All catering orders should be paid in full at least
four weeks prior to the event. Whilst every effort
is made to adhere to the menus shown, occasionally
some items will be replaced by others of similar or
greater value to reflect seasonal availability and
price fluctuations.
Cake orders, car hire and balloon displays should
be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the event.
Disco hire must be paid in cash on the evening of
your venue, less the deposit already paid. Cheques
are subject to a 7% administration fee and must be
accompanied by a guarantee card unless otherwise agreed
by previous arrangement.
You may however, not wish to carry cash on the day,
in which case you can pay by cheque or cash at least
seven working days prior to your venue.
Please note that all deposits and monies paid prior
to your venue are non-refundable in the event
of a cancellation
